An open member of the LGBT community, Mimi Planas has experienced
first-hand the issues that confront us in our quest for equality and, we feel, deserves both our support and endorsement for the County Commission. Additionally, Mimi would
be replacing an aggressively anti-equality Commissioner who has consistently voted against equality for LGBT people.
